Schatz, when I get that first one down, I'll let you know.
but it's the last one, that keeps me here. The people who get me, really get me and that is a nice feeling. The rest I'm slowly getting better at letting go of. Getting baited, though, I'm stilling working on that one, lol.

this is the first time I've stopped by.....
Yep, you sure can lose a post real quick......especially when written on Blogit......I've learned to right click and hit Copy before I hit the submit button.......then when it's lost I can just paste it back into the Blogit window........
As Arnold always said...."I'll be back"

I have cut back a lot and hopefully as the weather gets colder I will smoke
less and less and then just stop. It makes my chest so gummy....if you've ever smoked you know what I mean. That's just gross.
If I don't feel like I have any success in two weeks I will get some wellbutrin or zyban to help me with the initial putting them down. I have tried that before in the past with great success, it's just the staying off that's hard. All my friends smoke, so I'm around it all the time. I may just have to take a break from them until I'm over the hump. Thanks so much for asking.

It can make you feel crazy when you're reading their blogs and they're saying one thing and doing another. But there are just as many hypocrites in real life as there are on Blogit. During all the ranting on one particular blog, the irate blogger kept saying how Blogit was full of negativity. Since I stopped reading that blog, I haven't seen anything that made me feel as crappy as that did. Blogit isn't full of negativity,
bloggers are. Avoid them, and you'll be fine, right?

Mystic you are so right. You can't be inspired by money. That, I think, is
why the top earners here have resorted to click wars and headlines that are misleading. It's gimmicky, if that's a word, and I find I don't enjoy it. If I don't enjoy it, I don't intend to read it any longer.

This is so good.
I just deleted an entire blog in a fit of "being fed up" for the first time since I've been here. The hypocrisy of certain things and certain bloggers and situations was making me crazy. I realized, like you said here, that some people just want people to be unhappy when they are unhappy. I also realized that some people are just plain old delusional and can both criticize behavior they emulate... and I can't fix it. I may need to drink occasionally, but I'll stick around a bit longer, hopefully without executing anymore blogs. Nice job.

that money and writing make strange bedfellows That was my favorite! A focus on making money, changes motive and Messes with the muse , she can't be forced , cajoled, threatened or begged, at least mine can't. I suppose I shouldn't be speaking for someone elses Muse. Again, thank you Schatz

Thanks for stoppin by you two. I did delete the people
I didn't want to read anymore, and also those who invited me to take a flying leap. Who needs it? And I have reacquainted myself with some good old reads and found some brilliant new ones.

You made some salient points there, and I can identify with a lot of what you say.
For me, it's not so much about the learning as the enjoying.
I'm here for entertainment, the company of friends, sharing my life because since my Joycie died, there is no real live person I can share so much with.
Oh my sister Maggie is wonderful but we are 4 hours drive from each other.
Just keep writing luv, and try not to take anything too seriously here, and if something or somebody gets you down here, delete, even block them, and move on.
Have a happy day.
