I know how much effort that took! Great job - a triple diamante! These are
similar to my fauxtrains except for line count and syllable count. One little hint - two "p" in gripped. Love it!
Sorry to have been gone so long. I wrote tonight and maybe it will help you understand me a bit. If you are interested, you may read it here :

The first pre-condition to love is patience. Can you experience happiness when you are running? NO. Think., Search, is Run. Patience is the opposite of struggle. The running can only be an entertainment, for the spectators, but pain for you.
.
So will I
Keep you entertained,
I doubt it love, my brain
Is in a stomp, I have no room
For much, or patience
For that of
Love: cosy the Patient!

I find much solace in reflection. There are so many things to learn from. So many mistakes that need to be reconciled.

Wherever I go, I am always in my mind. Thinking. Stumbling. Hiding.
This is a wonderful expression of that place.
Be fine,

I'll read it later. Anyhing very, very beautiful, I hold it for later, because that way I can remain excited. The pic, the word arrangement, the physical shape of the poem, all too beautiful to savor in one go. Great and Marvelous Cosy, my ....!

Glad to hear it's not a recent poem
Wonderful choice of picture to accompany your profound poetic statement of inner turmoil. Is there a happy poem in that vibrant mind of yours? I suspect there is…..
