I'm so glad you did get through....
...after bravely suffering all this. It is very hard to look back at bad things that have happened. Especialy if we blame ourselves. (Regardless of whether it was our fault!)

What terrible pain your past must have been it seems like you lived a nightmare I am so glad your past was brought out so you will suffer no more
