fantastic! i know families that would be all over that! i live in a
quiet, no children building so halloween doesn't exist for me right now.  the last house i lived in i got right into the decoration/scary noises thing and scared the children a little too badly.  i felt bad about scaring them but loved all the leftover candy!  lol

dave--haha.
yeah...well, the free range is cool. They do, however, change things now and then but that is their right. It's not my creation, it belongs to them.

It does sound like a fun job
When my daughter was young I used to jump into the "magic" of Halloween with both feet (and witches hat).  Now I'm a little more laid back but I do like to dawn a mask and head downtown for a drink or dinner just to get a few looks.

Squirmy, Screwy, Silly (Sorry..I'm not as good with words as you)

Julia., I love the sibilance of the four "S" words
How high can the gross-o-meter go?  I wonder are girls as likely to be into brains that ooze and eyeballs that bulge as boys?

Julia, it must be good having a free range writing the halloween copy -
It's always nice not to have to do as your toad.

Dotty Dave--
It's hard for me to pick because, well, I wrote it so I like it all...lol. But "brains that bulge" is at the top of the list, and I rather like the oxymoronic nature of "splendidly icky."
