Sensitive spirits are usually despondent, that's why. Don't worry things have already begun to look better, and is theraputic, both to you and for others.

Thank you Bhaskar.ing--throughout the years I wrote everything down--
there was no one to 'talk' to about things that messed with my head/mind etc.But-the writings were then-just 'stored' away-so it really was only-'shelving' my issues.Once I got into therapy-I began to talk-and write-as things came up-no longer 'shelving' but dealing with my issues.It is so good-to be 'read'.Thank you. I'm simply enamoured by the style of your writing,and the fine message that it conveys. Yes, any act in creativity is so cathatrtic and lifts one from the world of the material to that of the spiritual.

I always used to deal with 'stored up emotions' in my poetry-now that I've'matured'-(just a little-ha ha)-I handle most things as they come up.Chris.
