It's always so good to hear from you! You are right, when someone won't forgive us, it can create a lot of pain in our hearts. Thanks for sharing this view!

Sometimes it's hard, and takes time and practice for the bigger issues.

Yes!
I have learnt to forgive myself and others, and also ask for forgiveness. It's great feeling - liberating and renewing.

I would venture to say that (in some cases) being able to forgive
is a monumental struggle. I can do it with the little things but the bigger issues are more difficult. I do understand the need to forgive and how much better it can make you feel, but that doesn't necessarily mean I will be able to.

Hi, Sunnybeach! I identify with your post on forgiveness.
To forgive is a gift to our self even more than to the one we forgive! Yes, I find it easy to forgive because I know how bad it hurts when refuses to forgive me, I do not want others to feel that pain, because I am selfishly refuse to forgive them. Also I do not want to live with the feelings created within my heart by the wasted energy it takes to be unforgiving. I am slow to anger and quick to forgive! Thanks for sharing your insight! God bless,
