I know, I get into trouble, my boyfriend gets exasperated with me, because
I want to blog when he's home. He's more used to it now, and he's accepted it, but in the beginning it would make him mad if I looked at the blog while he was home. I have to leave the apartment to get off the computer.

well, it will soon be over, but the wife is particularly annoying; she
looks straight through me as if I didn't exist and when I went to talk to her about the noise, she said, "oh, I'm sorry, we're not used to having neighbors, we've lived in houses". There is no reasoning with her.

never heard of wheat bags???
They are great, and easy to make. I have made three, and the good thing is, once they are warm they stay at body temperature unlike the hottie that feels like cold jelly after a while. You can make them any shape you like. I must start an export business to England...Honest, they are good very popular with physiotherapists who recommend them and sell them as well. I hate the cold and my toes are always frozen. Vive les tropiques!

Hotties are ok, except when they leak. Wheat bags can be heated in the microwave in seconds, surely you have them where you are. I am going into the sunshine soon. Darn! clouds are coming. Keep warm and look after "them" plants. It is survival of the fittest in my garden, the weeds are flourishing as always. got to go.

Hi all, thanks for your comments.
Yes, the door is still open, come in anytime. Brrr. It's probably not as cold here as in North America or Central Europe at this time of year. There's no snow or frost yet. Some winters there's hardly any snow. Does anyone here use a hot water bottle in bed? I used to as a child. They're great. Perhaps i might buy one just for old time's sake. You get this rubber thing full of boiling water and you stick it in the bed a few minutes before getting in. Then you cuddle it until you go to sleep. Especially good when, like me, your toes are cold. Mind you, everyone's toes are cold at night, aren't they. glad you like a good hot bath, MC. They're so nice on a winter's evening. As a child, i used to love sitting among the bubbles, looking at the ducks on the bathroom tiles. You can't beat it!
