ariel, very powerful writing..I felt like I was there..I wear my emotions
on my sleeve anyway, and this brought a tear to my eye.
...
I only wish my father-in-law was still alive..I'd read these accounts to him if he was and I know he would immerse himself into them.

this is very haunting, powerful poignant story
where hatred love and camaraderie, cowardice and courage are woven into a beautiful story, a true reflection of war accounts. Not personal accounts I hope (well you are not old enough for 1914 are you...).
