that is my only regret in my life - not saving any money - i just don't have enough to save.  my oldest sister is a millionaire and try to get $20 out of her - and i hope she is reading this - hahaha

Ben, that's the thing
You could literally buy 2 to 3 houses for what we pay for one.  If they can't pay cash, they need to pay it off as quickly as possible and not except the 30 year plan.

I think we have to revamp our thinking as a society, to get back to thinking in terms of paying cash for literally everything (including that house). Think of the money one could earn investing what one sinks into a mortgage or car payment.
