Tonyzonit,
this is great - so much in such a short space..my dreams are all nonsense too, although now you mention it, some are quite meaningful. Going away to think about that.

Tony, fears are so irratonal, I gues that's why they're so powerful and
hard to get over. If we could just tell ourselves to snap out of it, we would.

Tony,
My worst nightmare ever was me screaming like a demented woman that I had lost my son, drowned in the bog. I could not pull him out. The worst part was waking up and finding out that the nightmare was indeed true!! There was no waking up from this bad dream, I will never forget that dream; no comfort from waking up, just cold hard reality, for yet another day. I will never forget it ever. It took me a while to shake the nightmare off, and in fact, I still have to live with it, every day, by after day. Happiness is the dream part. If you can see how I have to twist things around and trick myself into believing that my life is not a nightmare, and I have to start dreaming again. Does that make sense?

TONY, Couple of days ago while I was so upset I had a dream,,,,,,,
I am in my home town and visiting mom. My parents have a home in my name there. I never seen that home, they send me the documents when I lost my dad. THIS PART IS TRUTH
DREAM, I am there, I landed in airport, went straight to hospital, found mom doing better. Mom asked me to go home take a shower, rest and come....I went home, I found a little old lady inside the house steeling stuff, I am much taller and bigger than her, so I loudly asked her, " what are you doing"?
The lady made a quick turn, and push me close to the wall, I still have my cellphone on my hand, I couldn't call any one, or I couldn't move, she almost killed me. I just woke up with severe chest pain. This was on Friday 4 am.
So some times dreams are weired......

an excellent description of nightmares.
I like the kitchen sink conclusion which brings us right back down to earth, a very real life scene, vivid easy to visualize. You describe the whole process really well and tie it to everyday life. Keep them coming, the sonnets.
