Music to my ears in so many ways. The rhythm is gorgeous, though it varied

from the 8-syllable count that is so often part of children's poetry ...I identitifed so much with many parts opf this great poem. Kudos, my friend.

my kids have taken over now...so I don't get to play around with the bigger girls!

It's beautiful..........I was thinking of a dream I had last night

Very touching.  I hope there is a time when you can;

We'll stay awhile and make a daisy chain---
then bathe beneathe a sparkling waterfall.
We'll never have to feel a 'human pain'---
nor make a 'frightened call'.
