Azur--- I don't know whether such things really help either, but
I enjoy them, even though some of my more traditional friends look at me strangely when I tell them about visiting a psychic. Massages? No question that they help. The world would be a lot less uptight if more people got massages.

azur,
if you are gullible so am I.. whatever gives you confidence, helps, I think. I find this space a good place to experiment.

Azur, not addicted?
You're not getting off Blogit that easily. ... ;>]
Interesting about the psychic. I once had a psychic predict something for me that absolutely came true, but for the most part, I'm totally skeptical. I hope her prediction is just a bit off and you find your dream job in 127 days. That will give you just enough time to complete the novel and give it a short rest and a cold read before you send it out for feedback.
Hope the massage & new age weekend did what a change of pace is made for. :)

Well I miss you but breaking the habit is probably a good thing to do, I just don't want to

Azur, I'll keep at it as long as it's fun, and it is. I'll enjoy it for
what it is, and try to keep a perspective. On the scale of accomplishments in life, making number 1 on Blogit seems either a very minor thing (eg, big fish in a small koi pond, get that?), or a very big thing, depending on what else I'm doing.
It's a step though towards other things, and it's given me back some sorely needed confidence to try my wings in other areas.
I hope the psychic is right, btw.

hey azur--
no...I think you still care "a little" because if you didn't, you wouldn't post at all! ;-) But I think this is preferable to being addicted. I'm mostly over it myself yet I remain here because of the friends I've made over the last 2 1/2 years.

You sound hopeful, Azur. I got it; I tried it but it keeps warming up. Soon, I hope it will be a leftover.

Hi, my names is TVBlogger and I am a Blogit addict
or was... very briefly. I sort of wrote about it today, but you'll probably read there if you haven't already. I began to get a little caught up in this place, and I'm so over it. I really regret that 1 year contract. I keep counting down the months... 6 at this point. I'll still blog after that because I think it's a great exercise in daily writing, but it won't be paying for it.
