You're making me feel old...
I confess I didn't recognize the name of any of those artist. Interesting story about your parents' friend and her statement that current rock artists were Druids in a previous life. It does bring depth to some of the lyrics you quotes.
What's in my CD player..... Ray Charles, Michael Bouble, Diana Krall. Felling young yet? Glad you're enjoying your music these days. Sometimes we forget how much joy music can bring us.
