Wonderful poem. IMHO, I think that "love" is exploitation when one or both of the people needs the other. This results in a codependent relationship that has little chance of surviving long term because it is selfish rather than loving in nature. On the other hand, the coming together of two people who truly understand one another and want to be together, that is a loving union of kindred spirits.
