I sometimes roam old cemetaries, and dream of might have been for
these people. It makes you want to write a book. It makes you want to cry, my son is there, but he is not. Just the tears remain, he is gone somewhere where the sun never sets.

Lovely poem.  It's interesting to walk through cemetaries and imagine what the people's lives must have been like.  I do think this couple is together, just as my dad, although he had to wait 25 years, is now reunited with my mother.
