You are so right in my humble opinoin Farsailor !
I've have made the mistake of thinking a woman once fallen for myself, will remain fallen. I was so wrong and paid in pains of the heart and still do from the odd dream too dream. Thank you Sir for your words of wisdom.

I think love can be like a unseen step on the stairs we trip or we fall and don't know we are in, until we are in, then it's knowing that even if I leave now, this moment. Still the pains of loosing what we have just fallen into will be great and we talk ourselves into one more round with this champion of mankind. Please keep dancing TAPS and go for just one more round, my passionate Leo friend

That was my song for many years, lionladroar--too many years. Now its too late. That part of my life is over and I live a new chapter, verse by verse. Yet, I still remember.

Mike, that is not silly, I did not mean that at all.
I said what I said, because I had this guy on Blogit who wrote me love poems recently, and it was very embarrassing and a real nuisance. I don't mind people who are sentimental, you don't need to apologize for expressing feelings. We all have them, but how we express them is what makes the beauty of poetry. Poets do draw on their feelings a lot for their writing. It is not a female prerogative, and I think it is very brave for a male to be open about their feelings. What i object to, is people who manipulate others with their pretty words, and play on other people's feelings. Poetry does elicit feelings, and is supposed to create a reaction, but not for selfish ends. Don't get me wrong; I am not talking about you at all. You strike me as totally sincere. Your poems come from the heart, that is part of the appeal of your poetry. I hope I am making some sense here.
