Azur. . , like you I've been to many other online communities.
However, from what I've seen, standard practice for behavior resembling these are banning, not penalizing.

And what a great idea. I agree with it 100%. Sometimes people need a cool off period. Maybe blogit should monitor more of the time...kind of like newsgroups and chatrooms.
Looking forward to seeing more of you round Blogit town :)
