Hi Tony
You just created a picture, and a very cute one at that, also of my son who was so chubby at 3 and I'll now have to look up at that photo at his school function. He is eighteenth birthday is falling tomorrow.

Hi Star, MountainClimber and Mneme
They're cute on the stage...not always so cute when they get back home!

Tonyzonit
this is so cute.  Brings back happy memories of my daughter's playgroup Christmas play - so many angels..!  They did look more like fairies, come to mention it, getting good mileage out of the wardrobe stock. Good thing they had a few boys, or they wouldn't have had any wise men.. three year olds don't take kindly to cross-dressing.

Christmas is for children, and for those who are children at heart!

Hi Star
Good - I was hoping you'd see that. I can't post pix on Blogit so it is good she did that for me. That's a picture of me lying on the floor. Drink was not involved!

Hi MC - the fairy on the wall, I like that!
If I was on YouTube I could post it there - but I'm not! Mind you, I don't think I'll be taking my camcorder - probably just take a few pix. We need to get front seats so I need to get there early! I'm up early to go to work early so I can leave early to get to the play early! Phew! Actually I just woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep!

Hi Shellyb and SoloVale
Its great isn't it, these little kiddies' plays? And well done for directing one, Shellyb! Did you get a bouquet of flowers or at least a round of applause?

I would to be a fairy on the wall
and watch your little angel
dance and twirl
all innocence and smile
on stage for mums and dads
wriggling with excitement
at the sight of their little ones
in the Christmas lime light
little princess in your eyes
the Christmas lights
shine bright in everybody's eyes
little lady on the stage
walking quite tall for her age!

I love watching kids in plays! At the school I teach at, we had a play
and a concert on Tues.  Not only was it fun to watch but directing it as well!
