Let's not be afraid to shed tears when they well up from our heart. Let us be willing to release them. Tears are not a sign of weakness. They are a sign of strength. Jesus Himself wept. He wept at the tomb of Lazarus. He wept over Jerusalem. He weeps when we weep.
