I think this is the first time I've read you, but your post was quite enjoyable and a very interesting read. I was given the word "anima" for meditation, and to be honest, until now I had no idea what it meant.

As usual, another brilliant commentary on the Animus and Anima, costituents of the whole - what are these, their interrelationships, their overall significance to our understanding in the role they play in the shaping of our oneness. There are a no. of things I learnt today that I did not know earlier, and also how so many of the ancient thinkers have arrived at the core. That is what I marvel! Thank you one again for the excellent post, which I will copy-pate for future reference.
