I say leave it there!
It never ceases to amaze me how dogs always find a way to get paint on them! Every time I've painted, my dogs always wind up with at least one side of their body painted.

Sometimes, my dogs brush up against a wet spot of paint and come away with it on their fur. I just let it work its way out, unless it is interfering in some way. More than once I've come after them with a warm, wet washcloth. They duck and run.

You may want to leave that little spot on Bo for a couple of days and see if it comes off naturally...unless he has a reaction to it. Then it's a trip to the vet for Bo...
