Success…I know!
The freedom is the greatest part of it. Another thing I like is investing in tax free bond funds….it pays interest monthly, tax free….no doubt, it’s a cool turn about to go from paying interest to receiving it.

Odysseus, it is something that I have learned
and am trying to pass on to others.
Plus, ultimately it gives you a great amount of freedom. So many people have promised away their paychecks for the next 30 years which locks them into jobs, lifestyles, and other things.

Success….it is so amazing how much money it frees up
to get out of debt….the reality is that you pay much less for things when you save for them and avoid all of that interest expense, as you obviously well understand.

Odysseus, we only have the 3 loans left

Awesome idea to gather with one another and go over things like that.....
……I can tell you from experience, that getting out from under the interest burden is a great freedom. Prepaying your mortgage is smart, so long as you don’t have other debt to worry about. I wish you the very best of luck with your financial plans in 07.
