yeah, so what where the mother is from, the kid's american and should get
the dough. of course, now they can sue for discrimination and get even more!

Any child born in the USA is a native born citizen of the USA
That is the Constitutional rule. And it makes good sense too, because we are all descended from immigrants to this land, even the Early Oriental Immigrants who came over the land bridge that is now the Bering Strait.
