Whacky that's a very ummm. . , odd. . , concept you have thought of. LOL
While reading your thoughts of bottling up the air, my mind drifting, thinking, "You know, that WOULD be neat."  LOL

On the subject of the larger television, I've been waiting to get a larger one, too.  You KNOW the prices will plummet this year.  Yeeeeeeeeeeah, Baby!!

Hi Whacky. Good luck with your TV savings account.
Where I live, the weather is very constant and usually quite temperate, so my bill is usually quite low...But 'they' do manage to get money anyway as the cost of living here in paradise is very high!

Ha!
I was tired of being shocked so I signed up for balanced billing.  This means that I pay the same amount every month regardless of the season.  Where I am we get hit with $500 dollar cooling bills in the summer so the balanced billing is much easier to tolerate.  The plan works really well, you should check into something like this, especially if one of the seasons is much more costly than the other.

Whacky...
You kept me smiling all through your post! I like your sense of humor.  Hubby came home from work today and said it was cold and dark in here.  I tend to be too conservative, I guess, at times. I just say, "turn up the heat and turn on the lights, that's fine, cuz I conserved all day today."
