Thank you Rumoured Intelligence.I do hope that my writing
 helps someone to see that there IS light at the end of the tunnel! Yes-for me-writing combined with psychotherapy-has helped enormously-to heal my wounds! Thanks again.Chris.

Chris, you are indeed a great writer and the therapeutic value of your
writings must have been, and continue to be, very "healing"..what you write could certainly help others who have been through similar circumstances....

Thank yopu Kat--I'm not sure if I'm a strong willed woman or not!
I found out that I'd always been 'dysfuncyional behaviourally'-and it was clear that I needed to change as an example of a healthier parent for my kids-even though they are all grown up! God bless-Chris.(It's 10-45 pm-I'm almost ready for bed'night.)

I find if I can write my feelings-whether it be anger/sadness or whatever-at least no one else gets hurt-along the way and of course-I feel so much better after.I'm sure you know what I mean!Thanks again-Chris.
