Hi Tony---very many thanks.
When I have 'worked' with any particularly strong issue-I wrote about it as soon as I could! Maybe the same day-or next-because I could not contain my emotions.So there you have it-my writings were my way of dealing immediately-(more or less)-at the time.I kept all of them in daily diary's. Yes I understand fully-the fear or flight issues-I am less troubled with them now that I have grown in confidence etc.I am sorry that for-whatever reason-your life is impinged upon by these feelings.Some of the girls I used to work with were helped a little by using the Bache Flower Remedy-'Rescue Remedy Spray'-I wonder if you have tried similar? It doesn't work for everyone 'tho.Chris.

The sense that fear is setting in can be almost as immobilizing as the fear itself. For very different reasons, I battle fear and panic and when I get even an inkling that those dark and debilitating sensations are about to take hold of me “Flight or fight” becomes a difficult choice.
