As an "Ultra-Conservative"...
I have to admit that I almost didn't click on the blog when I first came to Blogit (it was the BN, then). Strictly because of the title. The word "bitch" is just off-putting, because of all the connotations. So I almost didn't click. Just think what I might've missed!
Seriously, the title can be a bit off-putting, but the heart behind the person is as real and as appealing as any person I've met in real life.
Jemmie: Ignore the wacked-out freak who accosted you. You are NOT a bad person. You might not always do what others want you to, but that doesn't make you a bad person. Far from it.

I've been on Blogit for about the same length of time as you - in fact, I set up my account four years ago last Monday - and I, too, essentially think that the title "opinionated bitch" practically invites fights (especially from a certain group of ultraconservative people easily offended by the term "bitch," despite the fact that it's a perfectly licit term referring to female canines).
