Chris..not only laying down your pain but feeding it to the gulls like
the scraps of garbage to be rid of..and the hope of stumbling onto "you"..I felt like I was there with you feeding the gulls....

scramble -yeah it's sometimes better to see the bigger picture
from a distance - yet one must not be afraid of change for the new - it's a challenge to end the old for the new - only the brave and strong embrace it -good luck!

This gives a very clear picture of your state of mind.
Sometimes it's best to move AWAY from your family. Many of those "old" issues cannot be resolved.
