I've never heard of Green Chili.
I do REALLY LIKE white chili on occasion, though.  But, I think like most people, I probably prefer my chili red.

By the way, if an enchilada ever punched me in the stomach. . . , I'd probably punch it back!  *grin*

Any color will do!
Pass on that chilli. We grow our own chillies in the garden and make a red and green chillie combination preserve. Mmmmmm delicious

I think it would be red for me
because there is the element of danger with red. In this country, many people would sit on the fence and go for amber.

But peppers-- and the hottness of them--
is so good for you!  The hotter the better, I've hard-- the more they stimulate the metabolism and the endorphins!  Imagine, jogging fiercely while eating fierce hot peppers!  Hmmm...  I will sit here with my cup of soothing milk, and think how healthy that would be!

whacky,
Green or Red ... a chili tastes 'hot'. Whether it is green or red, the degree of 'hot' depends on the place it is grown, the type of soil and the kind of climate. It is believed that the hotter the climate, the hotter the chili will be. But personally, I do not know how far that statement is true.

I've never liked peppers much. I guess it's from having acid reflux for so long. I had the surgery in '03 and I can eat it now, but I'm just not interested.
