Earnings

The earnings system is controlled by readers, and is based on how often they read a particular writer. For example, if a particular reader reads a writer 20% of the time, that writer will receive 20% of their monthly payment to writers.

This means that the writers who earn the most are the ones who consistently post work of interest within their blogs. To set up a blog, please check out the Blogit Help section on getting started located here.

Each blog is home for all your writing along a certain theme or category. You may add new entries to each of your blogs as often as you want. Each new entry will show up on top and earlier entries will move down to the bottom. An entry can be as long or short as you want and is akin to a new article or column.

Therefore, a blog is the equivalent of posting your collection of writing in a particular category, whether it is as specific as politics or poetry, or something more general such as opinion where you can share your views on any number of topics.

Readership of comments left on any writer's blog entry does not count towards the earnings of neither the blog's author nor the comment's author.

Thank you.
