I have certain rituals today like the ones you've described that I've
repeated since being a kid. Somehow, that keeps us young at heart, I guess.

This sounds like a very cool tradition....
I think you might need some vitamins. Maybe a good multivitamin with minerals like Centrum. If you buy the "Silver" formula, they come with additional "B" vitamins which are the ones for energy, at no extra charge.
Also, Walmart has a product called "B-50" which will almost instantly give you additional energy each day. Here in the US we have a product called "Focus Factor" which is a multi-herbal concoction which helps your brain function better.
Working out at a gym 3 times each week can also help you feel better and stronger.

Sounds wonderful, Malcolm
I'm afraid spring is a long way off for us. Snow today and cold, cold, cold. In fact on one freeway we had a 35-car pile up today at one end of town and a bad fatal crash on the other end of town all due to sliding from ice and snow.

The outdoors is fun. There is a lot of mud in the wet ground.

malcolm--
that sounds like a lovely tradition. What was in bloom this time of year? I woke up this morning to a fresh dusting of snow...
