there is something comforting about waves on the shore, and I like the repetition. It sounds like a prayer.

I've always had a strong affinity for the sea, and I love this!
I'm standing in my window right now, gazing down at a great swathe of the glittering Mediterranean. so it's very apposite to how I feel right now.
I often look out and think " I'm not here on holiday. I live here! I own this wild land around me, with it's masses of almond trees now in full bloom!"
