I had never thought about the possiblity of there not being a time that we
wouldn't exist. Samuel's statement that you shared just struck a chord in me. Everytime I read an excerpt about your visits with Samuel I find myself wishing I could be (could've been) there with you to experience his presence.

yes, I agree, Julia-- just went off on that one direction of thought.
The main point about lightening up is the one to really take to heart!
We learn and absorb more in a state of amusement, than in any other state of mind or being. By 'amusement,' I mean enthusiasm, interested awareness, and things of that nature, not just being cute or glib, or funny, which is what is sometimes meant by the word. It's more about having fun, than being funny...

passionflower--
well see, that is limited thinking right there. I believe if you are supposed to write and publish that book in this lifetime, then you will. Or maybe it will happen in the next lifetime...or the next...or not at all. But the point is, it will happen when it is supposed to happen, so rushing won't accomplish anything.

This lifetime, the experience and opportunities of this body,
this personality, are bound to time and space, and do have a use for clocks and some attention to time.
Eternity is something of the soul, and there can be comfort in knowing we can't die as spirit, but we also still live here and now, and what we do with this opportunity does still matter, as we design who we are Eternally. So I believe, anyway...

Interesting but honestly, if you want to become a
Successful writer, there is a need to rush...What good will our books be in the next life?

Here's the very same thing Lord Krishna telling Arjuna, the protagonist, in the Gita: It is not true that at any time I was not, nor thou, nor these kings of men; nor is it true that any of us shall ever cease to be hereafter.

To realize that one is eternal; well, it sort of puts everything into perspective, doesn't it? MoonSpirit
