Tristan und Isolde
Read about Tristan and Isolde and yes, that rings some bells. Thankfully, my life hasn't been as tragic or as dramatic ;) (I'm still alive!)

Well, it kinda is...
This poem doesn't come out of nowhere. It's about something that will happen... someday. I just fear the consequences.

Enjoyed it - glad to see it's not what's happening in real life!

Thanks and you're welcome
Tristan and Isolde..hmm.. that sounds familiar. Will have to look it up. I had a dream in which the person I'm referring to in this poem said that he and I were like two fictional characters. Not Romeo and Juliet, but ... some couple, two soulmates, but after the dream ended I couldn't remember what couple he compared us to.

Very elemental!
almost tragic, Tristan und Isolde type of love.
