Oh, I believe in the figures you've listed from the magazine. Dishonesty (cheating) is on the rise. I think Clinton's presidency contributed a lot to world view of honesty. I think all presidents have the ability to cause behaviorial trends on society which last for years during and after their departure. Clinton's would have been dishonesty (among other things).

Of course the cheating is the more disturbing...I was trying to be funny,
but in retrospect this is not a subject that should be treated in such a light manner.

Naut, I don't know which is the more disturbing - all the cheating in our
North American Universities...or finding out that you are not a saint!

LOL! I can just picture it: before they sit down for the exam, it's 'Over here, ladies, please! Lift your skirts and let me inspect your thighs...'

university is not the only place to get an education, it's obvious that you did very well, and you write better and more interestingly than many a graduate...

Good morning Naut
Wow they write answers on their legs? Geez! That's a new one to me! Back in my day if someone was caught cheating they had to take a completely different test and never knew when it was be!!! These studies tell me that many of the students will graduate and not know a darn thing...Scary if they decide to become Doctors!!

TAPS,
LOL. I guess I should have known the question would come up. Well, I did cheat occasionally in high school, and once even at the university in a mid-term, and felt bad about it. I never, ever plagiarized, though, nor would I have ever even thought of buying a paper from one of the 'paper mills'. The very thought of 'cheating my way through university', a practice ever more common, would have been abhorrent to me.
