- Go to THE MACHINE THAT EXERCISES YOU?
Whacky
Only if the machine can physically make you get off your butt and exercise.

Ha! The pink slippers...
I saw that ad and you beat me to doing a post about it! No, I don't think there are any passive excercise machines and if vibrations really did make one lose weight, we would all slim down just driving our cars! My eleiptical machine does provide exercise, but not if you just sit and look at it.

I think a requirement to purchase is that you have at least one muscle...
in your head!

I don't buy it.
And I won't buy it! LOL
BTW I keep passing a sign every day that makes me think of you. I need to take a picture of it for you. One of these days I'll actually cross the street to get a picture of it to post for you.

Technological advances seem to anticipate our need for less effort it and more laziness.....

What ever is easier and requires the lease amount of effort for us to use to do our work outs will sell the most.

If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. I've been lifting weights and exercising for 23 years. I was a personal trainer for several years. This is a scam.

I do not believe a
machine can do the job. Have you ever noticed that the machines come with a "for best results pamphlet" indicating a stringent diet to go with the machine. Makes one wonder

My garage is full of those self-exercising machines
and I wondered why I wasn't waking up in physically fit condition -- they are oo far away and it's too cold to sleep on them down there!! There WERE pawprints on the treadmill, though. Wonder which cat is staying fit? Some are NEEDING the exercise.....gee, we are on different diets, too, and still getting fluffier!!

Yep, the only way to exercise is to do it, preferably by oneself
I know we have become a lazy society, but when we need machines to do the exercising for us.....!
