Hi Neil-it's good to see you visit my site too-thanks! And thanks for your
comments! I actually haven't 'read' much in the way of other poets--only everyone here on blogit! I may see if I can find a book on the poets you refer to-(if I've got time).I'm so happy and satisfied with reading my blogit family's poems! Chris-peace to you.

Troosha-thank you! I used to always believe that 'self love' was not on!
I guess that was to do with my low self esteem? I now know-it's ok to 'love ones self'-otherwise-who else would love me? Same goes for your other comments-it takes some getting used to 'tho! Thanks again-Chris.

Always good to see U visit Ypunday. This poem echoes some of Emily Dickinson
my favorite lady poet, although Christina Rosetti comes close.
You did make more of a positive than did Emily's "I am nobody, Are you nobody too?" It was a joy to have your poem remind me of my Emily--though she never married. JOY- neil

I, too, like my clutter
Of course, the portion of bills in it I can do without. The pure clutter of newspaper clippings and books with certain pages marked for me to get back to that thought.

Chris, well said..I have been referred to as an "afterthought" with 12 yrs
between me and my closest sister (in age)...that hurt, but I got over it...and like you, even when the words for a poem or story dont readily come, I wait in anticipation for them, knowing they will.
