You sound okay to me.. I'm so glad this has worked out and wish you both a bright future.

Thanks for your wise and supportive comments!
You're right in that we do change and I know what to look out for and how to act differently now, i hope! I think in a relationship we need to sometimes be prepared to give in!

I've heard-more than once-that 'it's better the second time around'?

I guess that's because you've both had time to 'grow'-(at your own paces)-.Congratulations!

At the very least-you know each other's 'weak spots'.It can/does work-so long as your both prepared to 'work at it'! Good luck.Chris.

Best of luck Tony. I've had itchy feet myself.

all the best Tony!
This is quite a move, another friend of mine is agonizing over moving back to his wife, what a coincidence. I really hope it works for you, and I am happy for you. If it does not upset your plans, we can still be in touch, besides I have lots to tell, some developments going on as well. Again, I wish you all the very very best. I am sure you have both grown in that time apart, and it will not be the same, because now you are slightly different people hopefully with a different perspective on life, and a fresh outlook.

Tony
Big step for you - you must be excited!  I'm not much of a rover (although there were a couple of times over the past 5 years that circumstances changed and I had no choice but to move).  I like to settle in and "call it home" for years at a time.  I'm not afraid of change but I value consistency and enjoy making a house a home so tearing it all down to relocate becomes quite emotional for me.

I Admire,
