Great to hear from you! This post is from a while ago, but I do still miss my my terribly. I do talk to her everyday but the good news is that my "pure sweet love" came my way on September 5th in the way of a beautiful baby girl. Sorry to hear about the loss of your mom and then your dad. It is never easy but I am glad to hear that you understand that we are spiritual beings and that our loved ones that pass on are really still alive...just in a different dimension.

Dear Spitfire,
I am so sorry for your loss; my Mama passed over in 1999...and I still miss her. She used to tell me "When your mama dies it leaves a hole in your heart that will never fill back up." She was right. I miss her every day, but since I believe we are spiritual beings I believe she is still alive, just in a different place, so I talk out loud to her. It might not work for everyone, but it helps me. Now my Daddy is gone too. I miss him terribly, but still, it's not the same kind of heartache...
...and life goes on. Congratulations! So much pure sweet love is coming your way! You have so much to talk to your mom about...don't leave her out. You are in my thoughts and prayers, spitfire...love, muser.

Sir Strat, can I hold ya to that?
I've been only a step-mom but not a full time mom of one of my own! This was a total suprise to us but I'll try my best. Thank the Lord he or she won't be an Aries like me. I'd certainly be doomed then! (But Mom already gave me the "wait til you're a mom curse" so....)
Oh, and can I get one of those
in 6 months? PLEEEZZE???!!!
