I actually love doing dishes.  It's like ironing clothes.  One minute the dishes are dirty and the next they are clean.  A wrinkled garment is so lovely unwrinkled.  However, I know if I have to do it everyday, it would be an issue!

Yes, I do know the musical. And, thank God for a day off, as most religious and non-religious traditions have.  It's just that I do it a little too often!

I'm never in the mood for washing dishes.

Did you see the musical "Flower Drum Song"?  It was produced in New York City in the 1950's.  It was delightful and there is a song, "Sunday, Sweet Sunday With Nothing To Do. "  You described it totally with your warm and wonderful letter.   Best to you, I can relate to postponing stuff.  I am doing it right now.

 Best regards,  Lou

yes, very relaxing, but can't promise that it will ead to a 'productive' week ahead!  We shall see.  I am beginning to think that productive means doing what I want, and goofing off!  Oops!!

It sounded like a great Sunday: easy going and refreshing and a good lead in to a productive week ahead.
