So sad...
It is sad when anyone gets cancer, but it is especially sad when it happens to a child. I hope that he is able to pull through, and I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

This is the film version of the Broadway musical starring Danny Kaye. In the film, there is a sad bald boy the other children have made fun of, who Hans cheers up with the song/story "The Ugly Duckling".
