Ciel - thanx for the mention and the link
As a non resident of the USA, I read the words of the First Amendment of the US Constitution and I clearly do not see what so many people are trying to suggest that it says:  "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."  . . . the equation is so painfully simple in protecting everyone's religious freedoms by not allowing government institutionalization of any one specific religion. TVBlogger left this link in my comments HERE . . . the quotes by early US presidents gives a clear indication of what those who were founding the USA had in mind.
