Frankly, I don't give a s**t what it does to his music! In my eyes he is just a vile child molester who is damn lucky no to be in the slammer, and he should just go away...

Quite! In Jacko's case, a burka is the
only garment he should be allowed to wear...

I didn't know that about MJ. He is an odd one...but when I am cruising I love to listen to Dangerous. So I would wonder what impact his new found religion would have on his music (Black or White)....Now that ought to be a very odd combination..

You've put it all into perspective for me. I do not like the burka at all. But, you know, everything is relative. In MJ's case, I feel that the burka is a very good thing. MoonSpirit

First of all, it's very nice to see you, hope things are as 'normal' as they can be under the circumstances.

When it comes to burka boy, yes, I do feel sorry for his children! As far as he himself is concerned, well, I guess you are a better woman than I am, lol, but I have lost every bit of sympathy for the guy I might have had. I detest child abusers, especially when they get away with it!

MJ has always been seeking something, it doesn't surprise me
that he's tried to find it in a religion.
I feel sorry for him, but more so for his children. I don't understand how he still has them when people have had their children taken off them for a lot less. I don't think he is a competent parent and reckon social services should do a proper investigation into his medication abuse, and behaviourial issues.
If there were that much rumours about an ordinary individual with children, someone would've picked up a phone to report it. I actually think it is neglectful of the authorities at this point to not have stepped in. I reckon when those kids are adults they'll have a beef with the world at large and question why something so public was ignored. No doubt there'd be a legal aspect to it too.
That's irrelevant though, you'd hope that they're not at risk to begin with.

I am probably more tolerant of human foibles than most. I am no more concerned abou M.J.'s weirdness, and he is weird, than about Mick Jagger's promiscuity, and he is promiscuous. I also forgive him for his music, which doesn't even come close to the Stones.
But where I draw the line is this: a man who loads his bed with other people's children for his own perverse gratification, which he as admitted to doing, even if he hasn't actually had real sex with them, is a pig!

I agree with some of the comments that he is a sad man with a sad life
but the way the world has all gone anti-Michael is so typical of the way the media creates idols and destroys them with the help of us readers.Yes,he's weird, yes,we will never know if he did abuse kids or not,but we cant deny he was the king of pop in his time, has been a big influence in the music industry and created some real good music. The fact that Mick Jagger is a promiscuos, drugs, rock n roller with no saving graces doesnt change the fact that he is a good musician/performer.The cheque book and interest in their personal lives doesnt lie.

Though I think I might get one for myself - makes for all kinds of interesting possibilities...

actually, there were three, and unless he's been cloned twice, I guess the others must have been his brother and his dad. Under those circumstances it's kinda hard to tell who's who, but I know the one trying desperately to hide his glitter-glove must have been him...
