Saul, not to mention all the people that were employed
for the soul purpose of building as many homes as possible. Many of those people will probably be out of work with the slow down.

Subprime loans for mortgages aren't the only problem with the housing
market, SW. Another factor is the loss of jobs in sectors where people are finding it difficult to find similar salaried positions or similar hourly pay with which to pay their mortgages. Those "crap" loans you speak of are ridiculous anyway. The morons who okay those types of "creative" loans need to be fired and never again hold a job dealing with others' money.
