I didnt know that they put hair colour on drivers licences.Why?

I don't know if they do...but I will tell you a story. When I was a teenager and getting my first license I went to the place with pink curlers in my hair and they wouldn't take the picture with them in...Young and Dumb and maybe stoned. Can't remember!
