Your comment about the price comparisons
made me think about Dippin' Dots. Actually, I was thinking about Dippin' Dots before I got to the price comparison because the name and concept of Dibs reminded me of them. Ever had them--the ice cream that's in tiny little balls, freeze-dried or something? Kids think they're the best thing because they look cool. However, at this water park my family used to go to, it was about $4 for a tiny little bowl of Dippin' Dots, or you could get a huge soft serve ice cream cone for $3. My sister always insisted on the Dippin' Dots. Me? I opted for the bigger serving of less-cool-looking ice cream. Mmm.

No thanks, Whacky. Another shopping tip: open up egg cartons and check underneath as well.

Ice Cream is my diet killer. I buy non-fat Breyers Vanilla by the -- what
is it? -- the gallon or half gallon. I forget which it is. It used to be that the vanilla was just used to offset the much more flavorful strawberry or raspberry Hagendass -- you know -- just a tip of the teaspoonful of the red, combined with a twice-sized bit of vanilla. But I get lazy and just go straight for the non-fat vanilla. That way, I can eventually eat the whole package full. Yumm.. So. You see. There are times when I'm practicing my mind game, as I do with McHappy's donuts:
They DON'T exist. MaHappy's DOESN'T EXIST. ICE CREAM DOESN'T EXIST....100 TIMES.... I put mental blinders on myself when I'm travelling down the street where the store doesn't exist.....

I tried them once just out of curiosity. As you say, they are good but you don't get a lot for your money.

(In a Homer Simpson voice) what I like is root beer popsicles, which for some mysterious reason are always packed with the lime and orange ones. Has anyone ever seen just a pack of rootbeer popsicles?
