Hana - I'm happy that peace reigns once more in my, yours and in Wiley's
life. Now I can concentrate on expressing my deepest feelings in poetic form that embraces peace & understanding.  I have read your latest post & left a comment there. Salaam.

Wiley - Thanks. Yes there are some great Sufi writers out there-
To read them does great things for one's soul. Peace to you too.

Troosha - So perhaps "doing some soul searching" has another meaning?

It makes one wonder if souls of a dead person remain the sole property of that person or is the soul re-used for the birth of another person. Is that perhaps where deja vu comes in?

Thanks for the comment.

OTA - Think about this - If a soul is rehoused in another body after

the first person had died... doesn't deja vu come into play? of having been there before?

Or even reincarnation?

Shadow

Firstly I like the Sufi belief…. It makes one wonder if there is another soul out there that is our “perfect” mate. Your poem…. well, as always, it’s a piece of art.

Nicely done, in the spirit of Faridu'd-Din Attar perhaps. Peace
