I don't think any of us enjoys tests
I have had more than my share but I always remember that a small routine one saved my life. I am in the position of feeling healthier than for years but having a small cloud hanging over my health. So the only thing to do is to enjoy the best things in life.

malcolm, you ve been away abit? lucky you to have a good medical.
mine has not turned out so good so Im overhauling the diet and exercise plan. Have to lose some kgs too.
