frankly, I don't think a woman should need plastic surgery down there. What ever a woman has with her is given by God. So, in that sense, it's not right to have a plastic surgery down there or anywhere else.
As far as the vagina is concerned, one shouldn't feel any guilt about it. Like the penis, vaginas come in all shapes and sizes and biologically the perform the same function. It is a unique piece or part of your body so let it be.
As a man, I personally will take it as it is without any comment. I prefer originality, not one that has been tampered with.

I dont think men are going to notice I may be wrong, but I wouldnt do anything to make things different on my body, unless I was disfigured. God made us the way we are so dont mess with it

If there's a legitimate pain or discomfort issue, well, that's her choice. If it's completely sideways, maybe she should consider it. However, if it's because it doesn't look like the ones she's seen in some porn movie (or worse the ones some guy has seen in a porn movie), she has bigger self-image issues no amount of plastic surgery would fix.

Hi Joanna...I do believe in a little freshening up like a face lift, eye
lift, but that, in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous. I mean for most women there is not a big audience down there! LOL I think we are a nation that has gone plastic surgery crazy. Thanks for sharing this Joanna...I never would have figured something like this.....
