milk pudding is anything cooked in milk - like bread and milk, vermicelli and milk, etc. Most Indian sweets have milk as a base.

Oh I am sorry you are having such heat. It is obviously normal for your area but hard on you. I was fascinated with the foods you served. Prawns and yogurt and especially the watermelon and milk pudding. I would love to see ingredients for both and the how-to. You are a lovely writer. I can close my eyes and see what you write about. I am having beautiful weather. It does get hot in the summer like that. We are having days already and it is our Spring, that reach mid 80 degrees. 80ºF

It sounds miserable
When it's that hot I can't do anything....walking is an effort. We are now in our spring and the weather has been beautiful...It reminds me of why I live here...It is such a lush green all over the fields and lawns. I hope you cool down soon...

It is cold and raining here in New Zealand. Winter is definitely starting
to show its head a little although it is still autumn. Even our local mountain has already got a light sprinkling of snow. I dont envy you the heat as Africa was the same and I struggled with headaches caused by the heat. I was always tired and trying to teach my scolars in the afternoon was difficult. I like the sound of your food thogh. would it be possible one day, when you have a free moment to email me the recipe for the vermicelli with nut as well as sorgee(spelling is probably wrong) but this last is my husbands favourite.
